Sammie Lee Hatch, 72, of Harker Heights, passed away Wednesday evening, March 10, 2021. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 30th from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted graveside, at Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery of Killeen, on Wednesday, March 31st at 1:00 PM.
