Matthew Tolliver, 67, of Austin, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, September 17th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin, Saturday, September 18th at 11:00 AM with the Reverend, Steven Ward presiding. Interment will Military Honors will be at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery of Killeen, Thursday, September 23rd at 11:00 AM.
