Manuel Hernandez Beltran, Sr., 80, passed away peacefully, Thursday evening, May 14, 2020. His casket will lie state at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin, Tuesday, May 19th from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will follow at Noon. Celebration of Christian Burial, with Father George presiding, will be conducted at Elgin Latin Cemetery following the Holy Rosary.
