Leslie Woods

Leslie Jean Woods, 54, of Elgin, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2020.  Leslie was born, in Texarkana, the third of seven children to James Decker Sellers and Yvonne Keylich Sellers, on October 30, 1965.  Born in North East Texas, she moved to San Antonio, where she grew up.  At 13, she met the love of her life, Kenneth Woods.  They dated throughout their school years and were married on December 23, 1984.  They were together for over 40 years and raised three children and four grandchildren.  She loved life and enjoyed spending time outdoors with her family.

She is preceded in death by both her parents.  She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Kenneth Woods; her daughter, Valerie Woods; her two sons, Kenneth Woods, Jr., and Matthew Woods and wife, Karla; her four grandchildren, Simon, Madison, Kimberly, and Jordyn; her two brothers James and Danny; her four sisters, Bonnie, Kay, Karen, and Candice; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The family invites all the knew and loved Leslie to Celebrate her Life at the Rail Road Ranch in Elgin, on Saturday, January 11th at 11:00 AM.
