Kevin Ramirez, 21, of Elgin, passed away suddenly Thursday, June 29, 2023. He will lie in state at the family residence, Wednesday, July 5th with the Holy Rosary recited throughout the day. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin, Thursday, July 6th at 2:30 PM with Father Paul Hudson presiding.
