James Rickey Deary, 62, of Austin, Texas, passed away Wednesday evening, September 2, 2020. He will lay In-State, Thursday, September 10th at the Elgin Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration will be held, Friday, September 11th at the Elgin Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, with Reverend Eugene Milligan presiding. Interment will follow at Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen, Texas at 3:00 PM.
