George Richard Thomas, 78, of Austin, passed away at home with his wife, Cheryl, and family by his side on Friday evening, June 12, 2020. George's casket will lie in state at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, June 19th from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A Celebration of Life will follow with the Reverend's, Ricky Freeman, PhD and Louis Harrison, PhD presiding. Interment will be at Sayers Cemetery.
