Alfred Hernandez Rangel, 60, of Austin, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Thursday, March 18th from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Friday, March 19th at 3:00 PM with Father George presiding. Christian Burial will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
