Zelpha Lorene Carter, 89, of Elgin, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 21, 2019. Family and friends will gather at the Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, April 25th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Memorial Service will conducted at the First Baptist Church of Elgin on Friday, April 26th at noon with Pastor Jason Huddleston presiding.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Zelpha's Memory, to the First Baptist Church of Elgin.
