Tommy Ray Ellis

Tommy Ray Ellis, 61, of Elgin, passed away Monday morning, August 14, 2023.  He was preceded in death by both his parents, Melvin and Mildred Ellis; his brothers, Norman and Wilburn Ellis. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Ellis; his children, Tammy Ellis, Adam Ellis, and Robert Ellis; his 10 grandchildren; his brothers Lloyd, Milburn, Richard, Larry, Ronnie, and Billy; his sisters, Janell and Vicki; and numerous extended family and dear friends.  He enjoyed a life of bull riding with family and friends and being a father and grandfather and will be missed.  Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Sunday, August 20th from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.  A Celebration of Tommy's Life will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Monday, August 21st at 10:00 AM with Pastor Garland Moffett presiding.  Interment will follow at Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery.
