Steven Allan Smith, 41, of Bastrop, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024. He will Lie in State at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, September 27th from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Family and Friends will gather for a Home-Going Celebration at River Valley Christian Fellowship of Bastrop, under the auspices of Lonestar Missionary Baptist Church of Bastrop, Saturday, September 28th at 10:00 AM with Pastor Melvin Ikner presiding. Interment will follow at Clearview Cemetery of Hills Prairie.
