Ruthie Matthews, 68, of Elgin, passed away, Friday, January 1, 2021. Survived by husband, Charles. Family Visitation will be held at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, Janaury 8th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday, January 9th at 11:00 AM with the Reverend, Byron Green presiding. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
