Rubye Nell Zachary, 67, beautician of Taylor, passed away Saturday evening, July 28, 2018. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at The First Baptist Church of Taylor, under the auspices of Allen Chapel AME, on Thursday, August 2nd at 11:00 AM, with the Reverends Bunnie Stark and Roy Sephus Presiding. Interment will follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
