Roy G. Jackson, 64, of Elgin, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Winn’s Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, April 7th at 2:00 PM with The Rev. D.W. Townsend presiding. Interment will follow at the Manor Hill Cemetery.
