Raymond Arthur Anderson, 70, of Austin, passed away Wednesday afternoon, February 22, 2023. He will lie In State at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, March 3rd from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at 11:00 AM with Reverend Edwin Blackman presiding. Interment will follow at Taylor Cemetery.
