Paul Edward Black, 54, of Austin, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a visitation, at Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, February 9th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, February 10th at 11:00 AM with Reverend Raymond Mays Sr. presiding and Reverend L.R. Wilson giving the Eulogy. Interment will follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
