Otis Ray Griffin, 72, Taylor, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021. He will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Thursday, February 11th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Williams Memorial Chapel - Elgin Funeral Home, under the auspices of The First Baptist Church of Taylor, Friday, February 12th at 1:00 PM with the Reverend, Anthony Watson, Phd. Interment will follow at Taylor Cemetery.
