Otika “Tika” Michell Jackson, 40, passed away suddenly, Friday morning, April 14, 2017. Survived by her children and husband Carlos. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, April 20th. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at the First Baptist Church of Elgin, under the auspices of Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, at 11:00 AM Friday, April 21st with the Reverend Byron Green officiating. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
