Odessa Fredrick, 75, of Houston, Texas, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 30, 2020 surrounded by her family. She will lay In-State, Friday, September 4th, at the Elgin Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted, Friday, September 4th at 2:00 PM at the Elgin Funeral home. Interment to follow at the Taylor City Cemetery.
