Monique Shantrell Milligan, affectionately known as "Peaches," 41, of Elgin, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Family and Friends will gather for visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, August 13th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration for "Peaches" and "MeMe" will be conducted at Lost Pine Cowboy Church of Elgin, under the auspices of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin, Saturday, August 14th at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steven Ward presiding. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
