Mildred Bell, 94, of Elgin, passed away early Monday morning, May 15, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, May 19th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration will be held at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Utley on Saturday, May 20th at 10:00 AM with Reverend Johnny Cleveland delivering the Eulogy and Reverend Adrian Sweeney presiding.
