Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Sunday, September 17th from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Monday, September 18th at 2:00 PM with Reverend Tommie L. Garner presiding. Interment will follow at Taylor City Cemetery.
