Mary Milligan, 68, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021. She will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, July 30th from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday, July 31st at 11:00 AM with Pastor Robert Davis presiding. Interment following Home Going Celebration at Mount Olive Cemetery of Cedar Creek.
