Marceal "Patty" Gibson, 76, of Elgin, passed away unexpectedly Saturday afternoon, September 17, 2022. She will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home Thursday, September 22nd from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Winn's Memorial Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, September 23rd at 11:00 AM with Reverend D.W. Townsend presiding. Interment will follow at Sayers Cemetery.
