Majorie Muery

October 28, 1938 — February 4, 2017

Marjorie Joy Muery, 78, life-long resident of Bastrop County passed away peacefully on February 4, 2017. Joy was born in the Pleasant Grove Community to George King and Malinda Falls on October 28, 1938. On November 5, 1961, she married William K. Muery; they celebrated over 45 years together before is his passing in 2007.

Joy is preceded in death by her husband, William K. Muery, both her parents and sister, Evelyn Parker.

Joy is survived by her son, Gene Muery and wife Jana of McDade; her grandchildren, Britt Ryan Muery of Corpus Christi and Jenah and husband Jacob Campsey of Rockdale; and her great-granddaughter Kaitlynn.
