Leroy Nolan, Jr. 62, of Elgin passed away peacefully, Sunday afternoon, April 22, 2012. He will lie in state from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Thursday, April 26th through Friday, April 27th. A HomeGoing Celebration will be conducted at Winns Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, April 28th with the Reverend D.W. Townsend officiating. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
