Kelilah Arabella Brooks, Infant, of Elgin, passed away Saturday morning, March 4, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, March 10th from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. A Funeral will be held at 2:00 PM with Reverend Chris Smith presiding. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
