Julie Cook, 83, of Elgin, entered into Eternal rest on October 31, 2021. She will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home, Thursday, November 11th from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin, Friday, November 12th at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery of Hutto.
