Julia Thomas, 72, of Austin, Texas, passed away Sunday morning, January 24, 2021. She will lie in state Friday, January 29th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM at Elgin Funeral Home. A Home-Going Celebration will be held at the Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday January 30th at 1:30 AM. Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
