Joseph "Jay" Neal, Jr. 36, of Austin, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Family and friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, December 17th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Saturday, December 18th at 11:00 AM with Reverend L. R. Wilson, presiding. Interment will be private.
