James Washington, 79, of Bastrop, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be held at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, August 29th at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Colorado Chapel Cemetery.
