James Orval Morgan, 85 of Manor, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2019. Survived by wife Wanda. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the First Presbyterian Church of Elgin on Friday, April 26th at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Amy Meyer presiding.
