Ila Evelyn Griffin LeNoir of Houston passed away on February 13, 2011 at age 95 years and 6 months. Mrs. LeNoir was born in Elgin, Texas on August 13, 1915 to Jesse Richard and Mattie Evelyn Wilson Griffin. After graduating from Elgin High School in 1932, she attended Mary HardinBaylor College, Belton and East Texas State Teachers College, Commerce.
