Howard Thomas, 78, of Elgin, passed away, Sunday, March 29, 2020. His body will lie in state at the Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church on Monday, April 6th from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A private Home-Going Celebration will be conducted graveside at Taylor Cemetery, on Tuesday, March 7th with Reverend's Byron Green and T.L. Garner presiding.
