Frankie Lea Banks, 86, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Thrall on Saturday, June 29th at 2:00 PM with Reverend Lot presiding. Inurnment will be private at the Taylor City Cemetery.
