Elsie Marie Madison, 82, of Bastrop, formerly of Elgin, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 17, 2019. Survived by her husband, Reuben. Family and friends will gather at the Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21st from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, with a Home-Going Celebration at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery
