Dolly Doris Simmons, 68, of Austin, passed away Monday, August 7, 2023. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Thursday, August 17th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Winn's Memorial Baptist Church of Elgin, Friday, August 18th at 11:00 AM with Pastor D.W. Townsend presiding.
