Debbie Blanco, 53, of Manor, Texas passed away Tuesday morning, surrounded by her loving family, Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at the Elgin Funeral Home, Tuesday, November 2nd from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be conducted at the Elgin Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 3rd at 1:00 PM with the Reverend, Greg Long presiding. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill of Pflugerville.
