Deacon Lawrence Douglas Price, 93, of Elgin, Texas, passed away Sunday evening, January 23, 2022. Family and Friends will gather at Elgin Funeral Home for Visitation, Monday, January 31st from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM with a Wake Service at 6:30 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church of Elgin, Tuesday, February 1st at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steven Ward, eulogist and Reverend Lindsey Wilson presiding. Repast will follow at the church. Interment will be conducted at Paradise Cemetery South of Pearland, Wednesday, February 2nd at 12:30 PM.
