In Loving Memory of David George Whitley

David George Whitley, born on December 25, 1953, in Oakland, CA, to Darius and Delores Whitley of Auburn, CA, passed away on July 10, 2024. He is lovingly survived by his son, Michael Whitley; his daughter, Maria Whitley; and his cherished granddaughter, Adeline Bell.

David's love for nature, his passion for traveling, and his deep admiration for the majestic Mount Shasta were just a few of the many facets that defined him. He had an incredible talent for telling dad jokes that never failed to bring laughter and joy to those around him. Above all, David treasured his family, who were the heart and soul of his existence.

He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit will continue to live on through the countless stories and memories shared by those who loved him.
