Daniel Ryan Baisley

Daniel Ryan Baisley, 36, originally from Michigan, now residing in Elgin, passed away at home on August 23rd at 1:05 am with his family and friends at his bedside.

Daniel was a loving husband, stepdad, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. His love for his family and friends was boundless, and he made everyone he knew feel loved and important. Daniel had a rough start with a severe heart condition but made the best of life despite it. He enjoyed gaming with his brother and cousin, vacationing with friends, and just being with his family.

Daniel leaves behind his wife, Meri-Margaret; three children he raised as his own: Landen, Lailah, and Michael; His brother, Michael Baisley, and his wife, London; and his nieces, AJ and Leía and a nephew, Link. He also leaves his two Grandmothers, several Aunts, Uncles and many friends he called family.

Daniel is preceded in death by his Mother, Julie Eakins, Father, Michael Baisley, and his baby brother, Nicholas Baisley.

As the family requested, services will be private.
