Our beloved Christopher Michael Gonzales was unexpectedly taken from us on March 28th 2021.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carmen R. Ortiz; his paternal grandparents, Julio Gonzales and Elizabeth Gamboa; and maternal grandparents, Manuel Ortiz Jr. and Stella Garza.
He is survived by his three beautiful children, Timothy Gonzales, Jaylen Gonzales, Annabel Gonzales, father Demetrio Gonzales, siblings Elizabeth Anguiano (husband Tomas) of San Antonio, Frances Gonzales Esparza of Chicago, Illinois, Bernadette Tamayo, Dominic Gonzales, Monica Gonzales all of Austin and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great great niece.
Serving Christopher with grace and honor as Pallbearers are Timothy Gonzales, Saul Anguiano, Daniel Anguiano, Matthew DeLeon, Zackary Garza, Joa Quiroz; along with Honorary Pallbearer, Dominic Gonzales.
Family and friends will gather, at Elgin Funeral Home, to Recite the Holy Rosary, Wednesday, April 14th at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Thursday, April 15th at 11:00 AM. Christian Burial will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
