Carol Higgins, age 75, of Bastrop, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at the Providence District Primitive Baptist Tabernacle, Saturday, August 19th at 12:00 PM with the Reverend Winn presiding. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery of Bastrop.
