Carlos Arturo Sotelo, 17, of Austin, Texas, passed away on December 15, 2024. He is survived by both his parents, Carlos Sotelo and Juana Moreno Rivera. Carlos will lie in state at the Elgin Funeral on Friday, December 27th, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, December 27th, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and will Pray the Holy Rosary at 6:30 PM. Christian Burial will be conducted at Austin Memorial Park on Saturday, December 28th at 11:00 AM, with Deacon Oscar Gonzales presiding.
