Billy Alan Brinkley, 61, optician of Elgin, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, March 10, 2012. A funeral service will be held at Walnut Creek Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 14th with Pastor Randall Wyles officiating. Interment will follow.
