Betty Joe Benford, 56, of Elgin, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019. Survived by her husband, Leon. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at the Zion Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Bastrop, under the auspices of Saint Love All Baptist Church of La Grange, on Friday, October 11th at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Fairview Cemetery of Bastrop.
