Allan Oviedo Salceda, 19, of Austin, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023. He is survived by his parents, Maria Minerva Salceda Sanchez and Homero Oviedo. Family and friends will gather for a visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 10th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Austin on Thursday, May 11th at 10:00 AM with Father Juan Jose presiding.
