Alisha Marciel, 28, of Elgin, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019. Family and friends will gather at the Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, November 21st from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at the Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, November 22nd at 11:00 AM with the Reverend, Byron Green presiding. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
