Fernando Villegas Perez, 25, of Manor, Texas passed away Saturday October 9, 2021. Fernando will lie in state, Thursday, October 14th from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 1:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin, Friday, October 15th, 10:00 AM with Father Paul presiding. Christian Burial will follow at Manor Cemetery.
