Clifford "Yabby" Chambers, 77, of Elgin, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2019. A Home-Going Celebration will be conducted at the Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, December 7th at 2:00 PM with the Reverend, Byron Green presiding. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
